Extraction plant for spices and herbs

This state of the art design of a multi-purpose extraction plant allows a two step separation of the extract. Valuable substances are gained without using any co-solvent. The extractors and one separator are equipped with an automatic quick acting closure patented by NATEX for safe and easy handling. Dead space optimized and front flush instrumentation allows a better cleaning of the plant. The complete unit is equipped with a modern control system. The plant can be used for a wide range of natural products, such as pepper, chili, ginger, vanilla, calendula, hops and many more. Raw materials are treated very gentle due to low process temperature which guarantees uniformity of flavor.
