Instructions for use

  • Make sure your control computer is connected to the internet
  • Download/Run our quick support tool powered by Teamviewer 
    (for details visit www.teamviewer.com)
  • Follow the instructions during download/installation shown on the screen
  • If you are asked to grant access for the application from your operating system or firewall, please confirm with yes
  • After the application has started you have to communicate your ID to your support operator
  • You can use the built in chat to talk to your support operator after the connection is established
